Illumin8 Collective is excited to offer on-site learning visits at Abiding Hope, our home congregation where our theology, values, and ministry practices come to life every day.
These visits give pastors and ministry leaders a chance to experience a living example of ministry that is joyful, grounded, courageous, relational, and fully committed to loving who God loves.
An Experience That Will Fuel Your Ministry
During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Meet with any member of our staff team – pastors, ministry leaders, worship leaders, communications, and more
- Shadow people in their daily rhythms, sit in on meetings, and witness leadership, culture, and decision-making in real time
- Ask questions and explore challenges with leaders who love helping others flourish
- Observe worship planning, community engagement, and pastoral care from the inside
- Experience intentionally cultivated culture and experience a community shaped by love, inclusion, trust, creativity, and joy
You get to craft your visit around your needs, your questions, and your hopes for your own ministry.
Your time with us can be:

- A full-day, or a multi-day immersion including weekend worship.
We’ll customize your experience based on your goals, your schedule, and the areas of ministry you want to explore most.
Whether you’re looking for inspiration, practical ideas, help rebuilding team culture, or simply a place to breathe and reconnect with your calling – we’re here to welcome you.

From arrival to departure, we want your experience to feel inspiring, restful, and deeply hospitable.
Once your visit is confirmed, we’ll provide:

- Local recommendations
- Optional coaching sessions
While there is no set fee for the hosted experience, we respectfully accept suggested donations of $100/day for visits less than a week, or $500/wk for visits lasting a week or longer.
