It’s not easy to serve as a pastor or ministry leader within the church today. Congregations are shrinking in both size and number. Clergy rosters are dwindling. Rapidly changing global, social, political, and economic landscapes present new challenges. Limited resources and increased demands on leaders mean less time and energy for vision, mission, and ministry execution. Lacking the support necessary for success, leaders can feel isolated and lost and congregations can flounder.

That’s why Illumin8 Collective was born.

Illumin8 Collective is a network of church leaders dedicated to breathing new life into congregations. We’re led by a team of dynamic pastors and ministry leaders with over eighty years combined experience in shepherding vibrant and flourishing congregations. Collectively, we work for vitalized congregations that lift their communities and transform the way people look at the world. Through dialogue and ministry resources, members discover ideas and inspiration that help raise healthy congregations. 

As a member of the Collective, you’ll gain invaluable support and insight through community forums and conversations with church leaders across the country who have shared values, theology, and language. In addition, you’ll have access to resources you can put in place immediately to help you more effectively lead your faith community in all areas of ministry.

All resources are created through the theological lens of love, grace, and inclusion. The empty tomb inspires all we do and draws us into authentic connection with each other and with all of God’s creation.
